Joseph A Noel (1805..1839)

Joseph A Noel, the Son Of Joseph Noel, was born in Westmoreland County, PA and married Mary Margaret Carney who also was born in Westmoreland County, PA in 8-31-1812. She died on 2-25-1892. Joseph and Margaret had eight children between 1829 and 1839.
